What is an admissions assessment?
You can think of it as mystery shopping for schools. We work with shoppers to report on the student experience while working with admissions representatives. We also evaluate the admissions representatives’ responses for compliance with regulations and standards set by the institutions as well as the Department of Education and accrediting bodies.
What does a shopper do?
As a shopper, you will pose as a prospective student for a specific school and meet with an admissions representative. We work with a wide range of colleges and universities, inquiring about programs ranging from certificates and diplomas to doctorate degrees, and everything in between! We provide you with clear step-by-step instructions to complete the assessment, including how to create an alias, use a virtual phone number, and conduct the admissions assessment. After your admissions visit, you will fill out a shop report.
How do I become a shopper for Norton Norris?
We post all of our jobs on iSecretShop. To view and accept the available projects, you will first need to create a free account on www.isecretshop.com. This website allows us to post the projects, connect with shoppers, and make payments after assignments are complete. It also allows you, as a shopper, to safely communicate with any MSPs that you work with, receive your assignments, view your instructions and guidelines, and complete the project, all from one website.
